Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
Due to the celebration of the Christmas holidays, all purchases made from December 1st can be returned until January 12th.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in order to be accepted for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior return authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, including customs duties (for shipments outside the EU) and any other direct costs related to the return. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Our glasses undergo a thorough quality control process to ensure they are in perfect condition at the time of shipment. However, if they are damaged during transportation or if a defect occurs during the two-year legal warranty period, please contact us at info@hucasunglasses.com, and our customer service team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
